I un installed the first attempt and did it all again. This time I must have clicked to download a different version...which included the 1-click button.. 130 problems located and repaired.

Ive AVG, Commodo and Superanti who all seem to set off when I turn on the comp.. could these be causing delay in getting from twitch on..to surfing?

Avg 8 can slow things down , try Avast or Antivir , both also free (after removing AVG)

if you start superantispyware then click on preferences you can turn off the bits that fire up on boot ,then run it as
required

Comodo is your firewall so I'd leave it , or try an alternative like Kerio free

Thanks again for that. Ive lft all the prog's in place but remved the 'start scan on boot' bit... see what happens. Tune-up's working great also.

Just a late add-on, I signed to to bookie Extrabet today and noticed couldnt see any odds on the site. I called them up and the lady took me through a few things on my computer to enable this... including adjusting my java, deleting Yahoo & other internet bars... Its simply flying!
