Anyone use alliance and leicester billapy..r.e s/west water

We have had nightmares with them and although are receipt is shown as paid etc a few days down the line it cancels itself therfore us not paying. We have had reminders for bills we thought we had paid and its really annoying me.
after trying to track the number down after 2 hours and 7 people not really knowing what i was talking about i have given up and sorted a d/debit..
We are still in debt and i am really annoyed as i always pay on time etc Anyone use them or have a number please?

    So has the money actually left your bank account and then come back in??

    If it hasn't come back then it's probably lost in their system in a suspense account somewhere. You'll need to get a statement from SWW to show what your payment history is and then compare that to your bank statement. I've used A&L for billpay once and didn't trust it so I've set up a standing order instead.
