Did you go in the end? If so, was the film any good.

I understand you must feel so tired.

Thank you for the hug and send one back to you:)
hiya ccstar, hope your feeling better today, yes we did go see the film in the end, and it was brilliant very very funny, everyone in the cinema was laughing at it.

Why aren't the people who can help you doing so? Is the NHS that bad you end up going to 'dealers'?

I'm not able to have therapy on the NHS, so I'm stuck, with no way out of this hole, and I'm just doing what I can to survive.

Any reason you are feeling low?

Is there anything you can do to ease it - a hot bath, a film, a book, a walk, phone a friend?

And about feeling fat - I know that is how you feel, but try to look at things realisticly - you aren't huge, and you wouldn't critise someone else of similar size would you?

Sorry for not being much use :(

Sounds like a good idea. Do you get the exercise buzz or is it just a means to an end?

What are you upto these days?

Means to an end I guess. Working at the bakery over the summer, and looking for a full time job in the meatime. How are you at the moment? xx
