Warning, long post:

Well, I had the worst day at the bakery today. there 6 members of staff where i work, including me, and apparently someone had complained about me - i thought i got on with all the people i work with - but its that they said i wasn't doing enough - I run around that bakery all day. Anyway, the manager got me in her office and told me about it, and said what i should do etc, and i ended up crying which was stupid, and even more embarrassing. I think it was just that I am always shattered after work, as you never stop, andsomeone has said that behind my back - it made me feel frustrated more than anything, and also kind of hurt - which i know is stupid. So, yes. I cried in front of my manager today - I never cry at anything normally, so yeah

It is horrible to be complained about and the manager has to follow it up. Hopefully, they handled it in a decent way.

How terrible! I would have cried too, and felt hurt. Why didn't that person tell you to your face instead of behind your back, it's so horrible. Hope you are feeling a little better xxx

I don't know - that's whats hurt me to be honest. I thought I was approachable, and I hate knowing that people are talking about me behind my back. Oh well. Hope you're okay. xx

am ok thanks, had a bit of a run in with one of sons earlier, but everything calm now. he lost his temper over weather cos he wanted to get his bike out, first tiem in ages, he has been so violent, will have to keep them busier tommorrow, as i think they soon get bored
