Contact Ryanair by email or geographical telephone number

Has anyone got a contact number for Ryanair other than their premium numbers or an email where they have got a reply.
I have paid for my trip by debit card (for sure) and they have charged me for a credit card payment. Not much money but it is the principle.
Thanks.

I use the Ireland number (+353 1 249 7791) to call Ryanair. It's a standard landline, so if you have an inclusive international calls package (e.g. TalkTalk, or something like www.nonoh.net ) you can get the call free - otherwise you can use the CallChecker to find a cheap rate to Ireland.
BTW, how did they manage to charge for a credit card? I though you got to see the amount they were going to charge before proceeding with the transaction.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

Thanks for the information and I will try to call them later.
I did see the amount and after your comment have actually checked again; it clearly states debit card and they have charged me £8 for the priviledge instead of the usual £1.20.0 -
debit card fees are showing as £1.20 per flight / per sector, yet they are charging £4 for this now, you find this out once you have paid.0

Yes, I know but can they do this without warning?0

Hi, Benjus. I telephoned the 353 number and this is just a recording advising the UK premium rate number and the Eire premium rate number. Obviously I am not phoning this and spending more than I think they owe me. Do you know something that I don't?0

Crooks! You have no chance, that lot will just ignore you till you give up. Even if you took a screenshot before the booking, then one after they would probably not respond to any emails of phone calls. Irish company see, our courts have no juristiction over them even if you wanted to make something of it. Caveat emptor if you insist on dealing with them. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0

Where’s the incorrect figure displayed? If the amount that’s taken from your bank card is different from the total you see just before you press the accept button, dispute the transaction with your bank. Even if the final page is correct, putting up the wrong figure elsewhere is still unacceptable. Unfortunately, the worst that’s likely to happen to Ryanair is that they get a mild regulatory rebuke and told to fix their broken website within the next few months. I say “the worst”, because people will keep on buying the flights, just the same.
My thoughts to a tee! I agree with all the above!0 -

Well, it's a few weeks since I last called... they might have blocked access to that number for callers from the UK & Ireland. What time did you call? The website says it's open until 17:45 GMT, although I suspect they really mean 17:45 local time.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
