Abbey Easy ISA to Direct ISA, problem (ops)

Hi !
Few days ago I sent the form to transfer my Abbey Easy ISA to Direct ISA (Issue) 2, also asking them to link it online with my bank account and my E-Saver.
I've just checked my online banking and the E-Saver is now called "Direct ISA" (nothing else has changed, though, it is still an E-Saver with a different name), and the Easy ISA remains the same... is there any explanation for that?
Thanks !!

Well, I think I agree with you

I rang them and explained the situation that day. They promised to call me back and they actually did that same afternoon but just to say that they had passed the problem to Glasgow and that they'll call me back in a few days' time.
A couple of days later, someone called me to say that the problem was sorted out and that my E Saver is now an E Saver again. I also received a letter confirming the transfer to the Direct ISA and another one saying that the E Saver was sorted.
It was a fairly bizarre banking experience

All too common with that bunch of monkeys. I really can't understand why anyone banks with Abbey.
