Can I unlock a Vodafone Mobile Connect card?

I've got a Vodafone Mobile Connect GPRS card but don't use it often enough to justify being locked into Vodafone's 12 month contract.
Anyone know if it's possible to unlock it to enable me to use an ordinary PAYG SIM?
