Little UHT Milks

Buy yourself a cup of coffee at the McDonalds at the airport, then help yourself to a few handfuls of the milks. As you'll already be airside you won't be subjecting yourself to strange looks from security handing over a clear plastic bag full of little milks, and it won't be squashed in your checked bags.

Actually might work better if you buy a burger as well, then you've got a handy paper bag to conceal them in as you walk away

As PBA said, either blag a couple at the airport or buy a tea on the flight and ask for loadsa milkies...
