Orange Racoon 24 Month + Internet Browsing
Hi all
I was moved onto Racoon 35 on a 24 month contract back in February with all the minutes and freefixed landline costs. But have seen that orange now offer unlimited mobile internet on all packages above £35 (which is what i'm paying, plus insurance, and the additional calls which bumps it up to £45).
I rang orange today and they said they cannot give me the unlimited mobile browsing because i'm on the 24 month contract, and offered me a 30MB a month deal for £8 a month extra, with £3/MB thereafter. If i was on an 18 month contract it wouldn't be an issue, and they could give me the unlimited browsing option.
I've just found in the new magazine free in the orange shop that for 24 month plans, the cost should be that of the 18 month contracts, minus £5 a month but i will "receive the same great benefits" (Page 8).
Is there anything i can do to get them to offer me the unlimited browsing (as they are offering it for free at the moment) with out them charging a small fortune.
(hopefully my ramblings make some sense)

Update to the above
Orange dont seem to know there own terms or the packages that they have, and after a 2 minute call today (and quoting both the website and instore magazine to them), they have given me unlimited mobile internet browsing.

how long have you been on this contract as i am on Racoon 32 for 18 months which i started back in Dec, and at the moment i don't get any data freebies
Edit Read post fully and realised you been on since Feb, so as i'm on Racoon 35 for 18 month what you are saying is i should be entitled to free unlimited internet0 -
Sorted, have just spoke with Customer services,
