Virgin media:which package to get £100 cash back from Quidco

I am going to sign up new broadband contract. I have decided to go for Virgin media. However I am not sure which package to sign up to get £100 cash back from Quidco.

1 Will I get cashback if I just sign up for Broadband only @ £9 a month ????

or I have to get a bundle one.

2 another thing is, "is cash back with Quidco for new customer with Virgin media only????"

3 Last 3 years I was with Virgin media. Can I get a broadband only @ £9 a month if I sign up with them again. (My address now is different from the one I lived last 3 years)

oh, One thing I wanna ask. If I wanna sign up for O2 broadband, do I need to get a landline?
