Try setting up another user name and password, and use a different card if you have one.

i have tried to order two phones butwhen it comes to putting in a second user name it keeps saying i have not filled all the relivent fields. It is possible though because mine said at the begining "there is alredy an account please put in another user name for billing" it annoyed me as well cos they have the cheapest tarriffs around and my fella wanted one after i got one.

I ordered two on the same account,one at a time.I have received an e-mail from o2 saying We're happy to tell you that your O2 order has been passed to our warehouse for dispatch on both orders

I read somewhere it's limited to 2 per address

I have had about 5 this year but it will not let me order anymore no matter what trick i try ! Worse still it lets me go right through the checkout process before telling me.

Try changing your postal code but not your number, I've had this in the past as well. Also try and clear the cookies from your pc browser so the site knows it's not you returning!!!

be careful on the 02 site cos i previously tried to order 2 nokia 6030s from them and went through the whole palava of using diffrnt email adds/cards etc and every time it le tme go all t he way to the end before saying 'sorry error processing your order' so after spending hours try try trying i gave up

now the next day i could not get any money out the bank on either of my cards even though i had couple hundred quid in each so i called them up and they informed me i had 12 pending transactions on my account all for 29.99!!! even though the orders went wrong o2 still reserved the money from my accounts and they do that from the moment you enter your bank details apparently, anyway i spent the next 10 days ringing o2/alliance and leic/ Intell finance to try to get the money freed back into the accounts other bills bounced it was a total mess!!!!

i have to say this never happened to me before bt i will never risk it happening again!!!
