Has anyone got a geographic (01xx/02xx) number for Orange Customer Services?

...or even an 0800 number?

I'm trying to call them from abroad without it costing a fortune.

Unfortunately, none of the numbers on saynoto0870.com work

Cheers,

Mike

0800 079 2000 is the sales number, they should be able to transfer you - don't know if 0800 will be free from abroad though...
Wondering how to have a life & not rack up more debts...

    Cheers,

I've tried it, but get a message saying "Not in service" from my Telstra (oz) phone... I bet they block callers from abroad...

If you visit the website here: http://www1.orange.co.uk/mobilecontactus/form.php?subj=webpayminternationalcallingandusingyourphone you can fill in a form and ask for a call. Which may or may not happen. Calls to 150 from your Orange mobile (contract) should be free from abroad. Calls to 450 (PAYG) from abroad will have a flat fee of £0.25 to speak to an operator.

You could probaly use the Freephone Geographical Access Numbers
0200 222 0700 or 0900 to access the Orange 0800 number. If one doesnt work the other usually does.

If you have an Orange SIM, 150 or 07973100150 should be free from Orange PAYM phone from abroad.

Might want to check the website - but that's what i've heard...
