i have tried visa delta, visa and mastercard and on the phone and THEY can't get it to go through I have been trying since 12.10 this morning

I managed to place my order in the end.

O2 limit the number of phones you can order within a period of time and also limit the number of times you use your card on their site. I recently bought a Nokia 6030 from their site, using the same address/card details.

Therefore I placed this order on a friend's name and on his address and with his card details and it went thru fine.

Just ordered 2 with a visa debit card with no problems.I put it through as a visa and not a visa delta.Hope it's not rejected.

how does everyone else get their orders through??? I register with 02 like it asks then do everything else right but still no order goes through -the women in the call centre couldn't get it to work either 02 obviously doesn't like me...............

Have you ordered from them before? Have you used your card on their site before?

no and no - i have also tried someone elses name and card and still nothing - i have tried on a different computer and still nothing
