Just got wanadoo wireless surf and talk set up and guess what, it interferes with all the house phones.Other people with this service have complained of the same thing.
Does this happen with other wireless modem routers?
Which one would people recomend I get.
Thank you
Alison

do you mean that you have upgraded to this and already have splitters on all your phones ...you have just upgraded from a standard modem ?

I have a Netgear w/less router and don't suffer interference. Perhaps you could try another Wanadoo unit before buying a new one?Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0

Thanks folks.
Not DECT phones just ordinary analogue(?) cordless ones and corded ones.
Thought you only had to put filter on socket where modem being used but tried one on downstairs extension and that seems to have more or less solved the problem. Cordless ones still a bit 'hissy' at times but not intrusively so.

You need an ADSL Splitter/Micro Filter for each phone socket where you have a device connected (eg phone, adsl router, modem etc etc)
Also if you do get interference from the Wireless router, try changing the channel its set to in the router setup, as sometimes they can clash with walkabout phones. (dect usually)0
