We have put Southport in the diary but we aren't going to book till much nearer the time when we can see the weather forecast. Tatton is superb but it's not difficult to spend a few hundred by the time you add fuel, parking, tickets, food and anything you want to buy. Too late now anyway.
Just a note - the parking is free at Tatton for the Show!
Though if you visit the Park any other time, there is a parking charge.:( 0
