Last Dialaphone Redemption

Hi, I am just about to claim my final cashback with Dialaphone after a 12 month contract. I've just checked my claim schedule in my user account and it is telling me to send the claim to this address:

Redemption Claim Centre
Swift House
Liverpool Road
Newcastle Under Lyme
Staffordshire
ST5 9JJ


However in my claim book which was sent with my phone the address is:

Redemption Claim Centre
PO Box 317
Northampton
NN3 9WU

I believe Dialaphone are now part of Phones4U, and that the Staffordshire address is the new P4U address. Not sure which one to send it to though.

    This cropped up in here a few weeks ago and I sent off an email to dialaphone to query this with them(I too noted that the new address was a phones4u one).
    Of course I never got a reply but I noted that a few days later the address given in dialaphones faq http://www.dialaphone.co.uk/help.aspx#Questions%20about%20Redemptions%20and%20Cashback
    had changed from staffordshire back to the original northampton one. It was still that address when I sent off my most recent claim yesterday. I thought I better check it when I saw your post and find that it is back to the staffordshire address again. I don't have a clue what is going on but it would not surprise me if it was some ploy to con us out of our cashback. At the end of the day I have sent it to the address that was given to me in cashback claim document and I can't see how they would be able to wriggle out of it(no doubt they will try though)
  • I spoke to them, and also emailed them to confirm. My address is the Staffordshire one, as I've still got about 4/5 months before I will make my first claim. I got them to confirm this is writing.

    Thanks for your replies. I think I'm going to send it to the one in my paperwork as that's the address that was included in the contract paperwork. I've not been told that the address has changed, I just happened to notice that it has on the website so I don't see how they can get out of paying cashback when I'm following the guidelines in my contract paperwork!

    Spike have you had any confirmation of your cashback I`m same as you my papaerwork says send off to Northampton.

    I phoned royal mail 2 days ago to see if the box number at Northampton is still live, they confirmed it was, so i will send my claim to that address, as stated in my contract. Im sure if i sent it to the new one they would say im in breach of my terms and conditions:rolleyes:

    Hi, yes I sent it to the Northampton one and got my £55.00 cashback one week later.

    My claim to the staffordashire address was received on the 17th of July and I have had email, text and phone confirmation of it(they called me cause I had sent a slightly stroppy email to them about which address to use). The claim I sent on the 1st of July has gone missing as Royal Mail still have no information about it on their tracker service. I did ask them if the Nottingham address was no longer used and they seemed to say that it wasn't but I have a feeling that they said that so they did not have to explain why my bill was not accepted there when the postie turned up.
    Anyway I have been assured that my cheque will be with me within 7 working days so that leaves 5 more days before I have to fire off another complaint(hopefully not though).
