If I see an auction with a bizarre amount of long explanation that looks very waffle-y and in small print, I always read through it carefully and do control-f searches on words like "picture" and "link" just to check I didn't miss anything. It just rings warning bells that a seller would include allthat detail unless they are trying to hide something.
