well time has come, i have abount an inch of heating oil left on the gauge.
thing is what do i do.
do i buy now and pay almost double the price for 500 litres of oil as i did last october.
do i wait and see if that bulldog faced idiot in number 10 or anyone else does anything to lower the price down so im not paying over £300 just to keep my family warm for 4 months of the year.
or do i do the very naughty thing and have an "oil theft"
really though i dont know what to do, i changed so that im heating the water for 45 mins at 3 in the morning on an ecconomy 7 meter to save oil as using the figures on here and else where i realised i would be about 4p per day better off now and with oil going up everyday that gap might get bigger and bigger. but im still going to need heating for the winter.
its a shame urine doesnt burn id be toasty all year round

any advice will be gratefully received.

Buy the oil - you have no realistic alternative without some heavy cash expenditure.
Take a holistic view of your energy consumption & see where you can reduce your electricity bill (a guy on another thread really nailed his a lot lower with some intelligent actions), look at your insulation and see if that could be improved.
If you must, steal the oil & wire your house to the nearest lamp post - that will reduce your outgoings as HM Government will be looking after you FOC:D0 -
hmm never thought about wireing up to the lampost :rotfl:
did think about HM looking after me ... free food, free power, free sky, ps3 or xbox ect, meet new and interesting people from all walks of life, on site gym, no heating oil, lots of counciling and further education. oh and all the bum sex a straight man could want
only problem is im a nice guy and cant think of much that will actually get you put in prison for more than a few months other than not paying council tax.
but anyway i agree i think im gonna have to bite the bullit i was just hoping someone on here might tell me different.0
