Hi,
I don't know about anywhere you can download free mp3s straight to your phone, but I have just got an e530, and what I have done is:
bought a USB data cable for £3.99 off eBay!
This way I can upload all the mp3s off my pc onto the phone. The mp3 player is - ok. Not great, but then it is a phone
Nothing like having a great mp3 ringtone

Install the software, which will create a file in your program files called 'samsung'. When you open this, go into the file called smasung pc studio, then into PIMS and file manager. This will open the software, detect your phone, and enable you to download and upload.
(with your CD should have come a file called 'read me first', which has all the instructions)
I had a few problems at first, but soon worked it all out. Make sure the cable is being recognised in the right COM port.
