vodafone contract.

My husband is getting annoyed with Vodafone!
He has had his phone in for repair (k800i) 4 times in the last couple of months. This time he is no signal at all and is running on 3g.
He works away and uses his phone work related.
Vodafone wont let him reduce his contract to the minimum, he wants to leave them. They say nowadays you have to do 'step by step' ie going down to £25 then down to £20 etc. We have really had enough and want to end contracts, he has 9 months left.
Any one any advice how to sack them off earlier?

Very difficult to end a contract early unless you pay the remainder upfront. Can I suggest that you register and post your complaints on the Vodafone eforum. They are very good at solving problems and looking at your account, they respond very quickly as well. Here is the link http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/

I will try that. They gave him the 4th new phone in 2 months today, after much fighting!
