Without getting into anything smutty, can you clarify what type of !!!!!! he had downloaded?

!!!!!! in itself is not illegal. Those in the industry would argue that those who attempt to classify illegal activities, such as sexual acts with child or animals, under the !!!!!! banner, are being unfair on what is a legitimate industry.

Social services will not be interested if someone is downloading mainstream !!!!!!. If someone is involved in sexual activity with children, then you should be contacting the police.

right whilst them two are arguing about a troll heres some advice ashes

many companies sack people for using the net during working hours - many adults look at !!!!!! otherwise hugh hefner wouldnt be sat in his mansion right now. if the only reason the gentleman is "unsavory" because he looks at !!!!!! it is not a good enough reason to pre-judge him. However if you have any other reasons (legiteamte, not just you dont like him) then when it goes to court you can put forward some proof of why he should not have the child(ren)

however, under no circumstances should you pretend to be a future employer. For one it is illegal and if said gentleman finds out then he can use it against you (or your friend or whoever) and it was wrong of katiecoodles to suggest that (although i know she was only trying to help)

There must be a genuine reason he is trying to get custody though. I dont know the circumstances but they will not uproot a child from a loving home unless he has parental rights (such as one parent dying and the child being placed in temporary care with grandparents) but even then the courts might decide to leave the child with the grandparents.

Get your friend to talk to either a citz advice or try one of those "1st hour free" with a solicitor.
