yeah i did complain too, hahaha, i think it was pretty much after toniq and violetta made so much effort i thought i would do the same..

seriously though, if i do receive a £5 voucher or gift pack its yours!!! u've been so great and i really hope u win something tmrw...
i was only hoping for some free cinema tixs but all i got was 10+ downloads, thank goodness i was allowed to forward them onto my mates..hahaha:D

I'm curious what happened in toniq's case, as she actually phoned the chief exec to try and get a result, and she's not said what happened yet ...

I complained via email about the problems on that day when it said we'd won but it was only an MP3 but have neither a reply to the email or anything in the post

My hamper arrived today:j :j :j it's lovely champagne truffles r deeelicious. Had to have them to get me through comps ending list it took me 15 hrs ish n i only entered about 1/3 rd and i thought i'd already done most of them. Gonna av a glass of wine from hamper n go to bed soooo tired. Good luck to all for tomorrow xxxxx

I got a reply back from impulse to tell me that they passed my complaint onto careline, however they told me they did that on the 17th too, but nothing! i will still wait in vain... its the principle
