There seems too many winners in comparison to previous days for these to be "proper" wins. The only glimmer of hope is that it is a completely different email to the one that is sent when a download has been won.

What with the iconic Britain false wins a couple of weeks ago and the Virgin Vie fiasco, recent instant win comps have been fraught with problems.

I also won and got the email with no information about which prize I had won. I emailed Impulse and like you others, I was asked to forward my winning email so that they could establish what prize I had won. I forwarded it and receipt of this was acknowledged.

This was to my work email address, and when I left at 3.30 I had not heard back.

The format of this winning email was not like the MP3 download format when I won one of those, but my money is on it being due to the glitch and they are busy wondering what to tell us all to let us down gently. Still, all my fingers and toes are crossed.

On the hopeful side, when I won the Odeon cinema tickets, the 'Terms and conditions' clicky took me to that same Hip Digital agreement (just looked at it and checked), so presume it says that on all the winning emails no matter what you win.

.......see above: you are not alone! Loads of us have had the same message and Impulse are looking into what we have won! Hopefully something good and we are hoping it won't be another download
