    Thanks, theres definatly no message, did u have to claim the prize on ur email or is it just being sent out to you, if it turns up at my door without knowing what it is thats fine, but if i have to confirm or accept the prize by email first thats where the problem is.

    The email you get tells you what you have won. I won the London Eye trip and it said someone would phone me to arrange, but haven't heard anything as yet.

    I have won at least all of the mp3 songs, plus we won cinema tickets last night. Loving it.
