For sites not tracking your IP, most others track you by cookies. So deleting all the cookies can make you look like a new user, CCleaner is excellent for this and other junk.

Go to the competition site via different web-proxy (anonymiser) sites, clearing your cookies each time.
Only way for them to de-duplicate entries then is by postal address.0
