Am I the only person in the country who has not been paid out for introducing a friend -we both have not been paid out although I have sent in the required form.Telephone calls and e mails to no avail!!!

There are others on 'Budgeting & Current Accounts' board. The last post I remember is #90 in 'Best Current Accounts Discussion Area' thread.
I agree that although A&L account is good, their CS is absolute rubbish ...0
