Mad Feedback on ebay

I've just received positive feedback with the comment that I didn't enclose an invoice from ebay so she couldn't leave feedback. rolleyes.gif

Don't think so! I have never included any paperwork when I have sent out an item, popped my username and return deteails (house no and postcode only) on the back of the packaging so that if it's not delivered/claimed then Royal Mail know where to send it back to.

Never had any complaints/comments about it though.

She's just bought something else and included lots of instructions on the paypal message. Stuff I already do. Hope she takes my info about how to leave feedback through 'my ebay' in the spirit it was meant biggrin.gif

I had buyer pay last night for an item won last thursday with "instructions" on the paypal message.
Feel really miffed as it was quite "sharp" asking me to make sure i obtain proof of posting and to email when i have posted.
I always do both and state this in the listing.

Am bit bothered why she is are asking me to make sure i get POP as surely that is in my interest not hers:confused:

After the problems I am having with an INR dispute I would pay the extra 70p and send it Recorded.

If you have a scanner send a scan of the COP to them and that's both jobs done.

I have thought about it,and am prepared to cover the extra, but some buyers are not always happy with recorded due to it having to be signed for and they may not be in.
As i stated 1st class standard i have a feeling buyer would prob cause probs if i change it to recorded IYKWIM.

That's precisely what my buyer instructed me! Maybe it's the same one :D
I don't know if any instructions were left with first paypal payment as I never looked at it. Maybe that's what got her goat. I've a feeling she's a lot of goat to get.

I always expect people to get in touch via ebay so will have to check paypal receipts too now I suppose.

I've had a buyer ask me to ensure that my item is well packed and to email him when I have posted it.

As it is a part from a computer I was just going to force it into a brown evelope and stick a couple of 1st class stamps on and an address label and hope for the best - I'm glad he made me re-think! ;)

It's not like either of us will want it to arrive crushed...
