Orange and calling Jersey!
Seems calling numbers in Jersey with Orange is part of your inclusive minutes. This includes both landlines and mobiles AND it also seems to include OVP tariffs.
Seems not to be the same on o2, according to their CS though, they say calls to Jersey are charged at international rate.
