You just reminded me of the time, many years ago, my Mum once reheated our Chinese takeaway dinners in the oven. They were in styrofoam containers.
I still smile now at the resulting mess in the oven half an hour later!! ;D ;D ;D0 -
And if the jar isn't completely dry when you put the bag in (as you imply), the moisture between the bag and the jar would eventually start to make the jar pong, wouldn't it?
If it really worries you put some grains of rice in the bottom to absorb the moisture. Bottom of the container not the bag obviously - coffee with rice not a good serving suggestion! ::)
