HELLO, IM NEW HERE SO IF THIS IS ALL WRONG SORRY...

I RENEW MY CONTACT WITH 3 ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO AND I GOT TOLD I COULD HAVE 600 MINS BUT 300 OF THIS MINUTES WHERE FLEXABLE SO I COULD USE THEM ON TXTING INSTEAD.

CHECK MY BILL AND ITS ALL WRONG IM PAYING 30 A MONTH AND ALREADY MY BILL IS 49 POUNDS !

I PHONE UP 3 , BUT THEY JUST SAID I WAS IN THE WRONG IT. THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT THE 300 MINS WAS TO ANOTHER 3 NETWORK, THEY WENT THOUGH THE RECORDED CALLS THEY SAID , I WAS PUT ON HOLD AND SAID THAT I NEVER GOT TOLD THAT 300 WAS TO ANOTHER 3 PHONE, SO THEY HAVE BROKE THERE CONTACT, IM TRIED TO GET OF IT BUT HE SAID THERE IS NOTHING THAT I CAN DO NOW . SO AM I STUCK WITH THEM FOR 18 MONTHS ON A CONTACT I NEVER WANTED AS ITS PANTS . PLEASE CAN NE ONE HELP THANKS HELEN:j

i asked them about 6 times to go over the price plan with me.

Why have they charged you £30 for mix&match 300? Is it due to the phone you purchased with the contract or any add-ons?

I think what Postcard meant was that Mix'n'match 300 with additional 300 3to3 minutes is a £15 tariff and their most expensive phone at the moment is £9 a month, so even N95 8Gb with MnM300 doesn't come up to anywhere near £30 a month. Unless you got broadband with it, it looks like very rogue deal.
