I ordered an Elemis pure shine shampoo when the offer was first posted. It was just over £10 I think, and it arrived today along with the gift set.
Both are very nice, and I would say worth going for again for those that have had problems.

mine cancelled . not happy as would expect the ' you cant have it ' to come up when the prodct was added to the basket. Not happy that money taken when they had no intention of sending anyhing

Hiya, Has anyone had their money refunded yet? I haven't. My card has been charged then I had an e-mail saying it has been refunded but it's not showing up yet.

I subscribe to Red magazine, and i placed my order the day the offer came out (i ordered lip revive). I got the discount applied to my order, and the Award Winners Collection was added to my basket, along with a fee exotics mini kit (no idea where that came from!).

The mini kit was delivered this morning, but none of the other items where included despite being included on the delivery note. I phoned Elemis and they blaimed human error, and have promised to forward the remaining two items asap.

Fingers crossed!

I placed an order on the 2nd for this and still no sign of it. I haven't received an email saying its been cancelled either. To those who had their order cancelled, how long was it from placing the order to being sent a cancelled email?

I ordered on the 3rd & I've not received the items I ordered & I've not had a cancellation email..... yet!

On their website it states delivery is 3-5 working days & also...

It is fantastic, mum gets in on her BA flights and gives it to me, I'm reluctant to pay full price for it though.
