I'm ordering an Elemis shower gel that I was looking at last week, did I read that you can get some free samples aside from the free gift too? I'm sure I saw something last week but can't see it today.

Edited to add: Given up looking for the samples and ordered it, I might give the shower gel to my Auntie for her Birthday and keep the gift for me!

Have tried to use it today and code Red08 kept coming up as unknown. It would only allow the 15% if the code Summer was input.

I have just placed an order and used code RED08, seem to have received both the 15% and the free gift with my hand and body wash. Fingers crossed..................
I think you need to type 'Red' as 'RED' - all in upper case. Hope this helps.

I ordered on 2nd July and it was delivered today by DHL. I chose the Elemis lip reviver as the product to buy (one of the only reasonably priced things once I managed to have a look) - lucky as it turned out, as otherwise I bet I would have ended up with a Steiner thing as well.

The lip reviver is absolutely tiny, so I hope a little goes a long way. It feels nice though, slightly minty with little beads of something in it that seem to dissolve with the warmth of your lips.

I had the same email, but I had ordered an Elemis product. I mailed them back and sent them a copy of my confirmation email clearly showing my order.

Really annoyed about it, as the email made me sound like I was trying to get something for nothing, when I had actually fulfilled all their conditions.

I did it and am waiting for it's arrival. Cool find. I've had a jar of the Pro-collagen Marine Cream before (very nicely bought as a present for me) and it was amazing. Makes your skin feel so soft and smooth.

Odered Elemis product on 1st July, not had an e-mail cancelling. Still not had a delivery! As previous posts stated some delay I didn't worry too much. Finally rang today and it appears my order has not been processed and was "lost in the system". So if you are still waiting, follow it up. They were very attentive though, promised a guaranteed delivery for Tuesday.
