I have had my order cancelled because they say I didn't order an elemis product... only I did, I ordered a hair conditioner.

I paid by debit card and the money has already been taken out of my bank account. I also ordered a non Elemis product (Steiner).

I was worried too. Three to five working days was quoted on order, so i should have got mine today. Account debited on 1st July so i am hoping everything will be ok. Has no-one recieved anything? Its really bad that some of you have had your order cancelled, not very good service is it?

I ordered mine 1st July and it's just arrived.

Steiner and elemis are connected but they aren't the same brand.

I've been using Elemis for around 18 months and have never had better skin. I suffer with combination and sensitive skin and have never had a reaction with any of there products, i've used loads of their products too.

I've been testing make-up last week and used a cheaper cleanser in a shop and my eyes are still recovering nearly a week later from blotchy, peely eyelids..... i'm never gonna use anythng else again!

For those of you who are or WILL BE in love with the marine cream, get a little set off qvc as generally those sets always have a cream with them, and it really does last as a previous post said 'a little goes a long way'.

Thanks for the original post highlighting the offer, i've just ordered an Elemis set so will be waiting with anticipation for the handcream and body cream as never used them before.

I am very cynical and can't help thinking this is their 'get out' card.
