HELP... lost sky viewing card

My 1yr old son has taken out the sky viewing card and lost it..my OH will have a fit when he comes home and sees it gone. Does anyone know how much they are to replace and/or if i give a sob story do you think they'll send me a new one.
Other women want a boob job. Honey the only silicone i'm interested in is on a 12 cup muffin tray, preferably shaped like little hearts

You may have a problem, but unless you ring you'll never know! Thats your only option.

If you have not been out of the house then it has to be there somewhere. Our daughter at that age used to pick everything up and put it in the bin, including the video remote. Have you tried looking there?
  • Rind em and tell em. If you are a subscriber and are out of contract then you can threaten to cancel and get one free but i dont think they will charge you anyway. If you have freesat then i think it will be around £20
  • well i rang them and they said it'll be a tenner which i cant really afford as its daughter birthday this month. I've looked in the usual place, under the sofa, in the nappy bucket and in the loo so i am stumped to where he's put it. looks like i'm just gonna have to pay out the tenner

try all the unusual places now.

A few suggestions - washing machine, dishwasher, dog's bed, washing powder box, toy box, inside a book, in your handbag, in a shopping bag, inside a video cover.

Typing this, I realise the list is endless and that I know some rather naughty children.

    oh dear!!!

I was going to suggest looking inside the video too.... have you looked underneath the sky box?

My toddler posts things through the letterbox. last week I found my switchcard inside the letterbox (between the two flaps)

Thinking along the lines of a toddler, if he's taken it out of a hole then he's probably going to try to put it back in a hole or slide it under something. Check underneath everything including TV, Vid, DVD, Sky box.

    Good luck x x x
Just run, run and keep on running!

Our fifteen month old daughter is into this as well. It causes great amusement when we visit the 'childless' aunties and uncles :rotfl:

My suggestion to Sky would be to have a slot on the back to put the card in; out of sight...
