Nokia 3109 voice tags

I have had to change my phone as the bluetooth broke on my other one and got the above phone. I need to be able to use voice tag dialing with my bluetooth headset but this phone automatically creates a voice tag that is very robotic and cant understand anything I say so it doesnt work for me. I have gone through the phone and checked the instructions but cant find a way to change the tag or train the phone to understand my voice.

Does anyone have any idea if it is possible to do either of the above please.
