Have received a text from o2 about price rises. Says to call 2202 for more info. Calling 2202. No such information. Conveniently they send the text AFTER they shut their call centre today.

Does anyone have any more info.

This is a sneeky way of doing business. I shall be looking to terminate my contract with them.

Has anyone else had this text? What are the price rises?

They are not including 0845/0870 numbers in inclusive allowances as they used to.

There is an article on The Register about it. Apparently no get out either.

Are you sure? They did that a while back.

An earlier poster has linked to pay and go but I am on contract.

Go to https://www.the register.co.uk and look for the TMobile not alone in Spinning Price Hikes link.

I got that text on 23rd June on my PAYG O2 mobile. Don't think I ever got it on my contract.... and according to that link it's for PAYG customers.

I didn't think 0845 or 0870 numbers were ever included in the allowances. I also don't quite get why they would be included and 0800 not :|
