Actually, I feel let down by the government. There has been a systematic breakdown of the credit system without any corresponding attempt to adjust the way the victims of that breakdown are treated.
We need another update to the Consumer Credit Act.BSC No 248

Lots of people seem to be struggling with aggressive DCAs at the moment with loads of injustice going on. It's a shame MSE can't sell Joe 90 glasses loaded with the knowledge.

My thinking is that the Government have`nt helped the situation...they have actively encouraged over-lending & over-borrowing for both banks & customers & it has made their figures look good!!.
I agree that CCA needs an update & has done for a number of years...there needs much more protection for the consumer from unscrupulous (sp?) DCA`s practices . Think Martin should look at highlighting consumers rights in this matter.0 -
Hi phil, and friends :hello: :hello:
My eldest daughter presented us with our first grandson last night, so is there any chance of a large 'something' to wet the baby's head, please. :beer:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser.
