No. on the receipt: meaningless number
No. on the SD slip: tracking number

Thanks. so why couldn't the seller be bothered to tell me that or anything else?
Anyway this thread and others on this board regarding ebay have been a real eye opener regarding the type of swollen headed ill mannered sharks running businesses on there.
So many ebayers are nice decent people but some are bullying pigs and I now fully support the right of buyers to tell it like it is.

    for future reference
any tracking number that works in RM's tracking number would be

    XX 0000 0000 0 XX

so 2 letters either end and 9 numbers inbetween
the last 2 letters are the country code eg GB is great britain,CN china,PL poland,HK hong kong etc

Nice remark. Have you actually read anything here or is that beyond your capabilities?
I never rush in with negatives, Always pay up pronto and email politely and thoroughly accepting all sorts of mail or ebay problems before wondering nicely what's happening. All reflected in my feedback to date at 100%

ebay and it's original culture of trust and community has become the preserve of predatory greedy sharks.
Add me to your blocked list with my blessing Shanks. Sellers like you leave a very very bad taste to decent straight ebayers.
Your ego issues are between you and your shrink frankly and neither my problem or this thread the right place to air them.

You seem like a buyer who has to be mollycoddled. The type of buyers that make straightforward things complicated; the type we don't have the time or energy to deal with. Whether you are whether you aren't, I don't know, but despite the hardline approach I take here, we offer truly exemplary service, even to the clueless pain in the ars* clowns, but unlike ebay where we have to bend over backwards for the idiotic and clueless, at least on here on we can point them out.

Give me 5 seconds with my pendrive and I can run a tool that will easily pull the "autocomplete passwords" from IE's history (no idea about Firefox etc, though) and display them in a nice list and tell me your username, password and the site it's for etc...

If your idea of exemplary service is to refer to your customers constantly as 'clueless clowns' when they dare to ask where the item they paid their money for has got to then you are precisely the kind of person I wouldn't want to touch with a barge pole. I'll also be deeply relieved to be able to see feedback which shows that your lousy attitude is someone to avoid buying from,
Also in this case as I never so much as asked for a refund or made any fuss at all the sellers vindictive stalking has caused the complications not my actions.

Turning my comment into a sweeping generalisation is fantastic achievement, but anyway just to clarify those who fall into that category are:
    • Cant give a clear delivery address, or even correct one
    • ask 3 days after they bought the item; why it hadn't been received, when they've paid by cheque, e-cheque etc; often followed up by 'yeh but the money has already come out of my account'
    • expect delivery to an address which is never occupied
    • don't arrange re-delivery once 'carded'
    • buy it, then ask questions
    • buy without reading even the first line of the description
    • on a bank holiday weekend, question 'why haven't I received this, paid Friday mate' (this is tuesday morning)
    • expect couriers to deliver on saturdays on standard services
    • claim false non receipt, just because they bought the wrong thing
..there are so many more things, yet even many more clowns. Some are goo,d some are bad, yet sadly with ebay that bad taste lives a lot longer than the sweet one.

Judging by your first post of this thread, i'd class you as a nagging nutter, suggesting he has change your passworlds, infected your computer etc. is lunacy. He may not of giving you the best service, but to then go making those almost impossible, certainly improbable accusations is laughable.

You've had the same buyers as me then:rotfl:

I currently have 0 items for sale and am considering not listing anymore due to the recent changes on ebay.

So having had one or all of these scenarios with different people you have decided to treat every buyer with the same arrogant assumptive contempt?
You're ignorance on PC hacking is virtually stone age frankly and your contribution to this thread has been negative throughout.
I would never be so ill mannered on the evidence of posts on a message board to suggest that some posters are naive as to hacking ability of others and generally just a bit stupid. After all why on earth should all you ebay geniuses bother with small matters like using rhe written word correctly to enable communication?
If that were not so I'd probably make an exception in your case.
If you have nothing constructive to add perhaps you might better spend your time elsewhere.
If you need a dictionary to decipher this post I'm sure someone on ebay will be happy to flog you one.

Oh how my heart bleeds for you all.
So what now? Back down the boot sale/ markets round? Up at 3am home by 7pm if you're lucky and not even covered your outlay if the weather's bad
How about just giving a straight honest transaction to people and stop your greedy moaning? *gasp*

Truly unbelievably and equally laughably. Do you not realise you cannot do anything but give 'straight honest transactions' on ebay. The fact why sellers are annoyed is despite doing their very best, some people still have no qualms in abusing the tidal wave of buyer protection that they have, and in the face of out right theft and deception they are powerless. Not only do they have that to deal with, but also the ever growing pool of inept cretins to deal with who have the mental capacity of a woodlouse; the most time consuming of the lot.

Your idea that ever buyer is fab, is an absolute fallacy.
