Tesco dial up

My daughter has just moved into a flat and while she waits to get broadband fitted she has been trying Tesco dial up to access the internet but she cant get a dial tone, can anyone please help.

Hi,

A few quick things, has she got a working phone line?? ie has she signed up with BT/Virgin or whoever she has a phone lien with?

Most dial up ISP's tie in with the landline number, if she has a new landline number she will have to tell Tesco's what it is.

Thanks for that, I will tell her to give them a ring.
She only got the line fitted last Tuesday, maybe that is the problem, line fitted by BT, arranged through Madasafish.
