Locate bank branch number?

I hope someone can help here as this is the most relevant forum I can find for this question....

Is there any way of finding out the telephone for a Barclays bank branch instead of ringing the call centre number that is generally advertised and listed everywhere?

to get the phone number, opening times, address and facilities of particular barclays branches.

A useful link, but that doesn't give you the branch phone numbers, though, just the central 0845 one.

I think that one just gives the number of the local call centre (or the national 08457 number if there isn't one). I think the real branch numbers may be XD now!

Try typing into google 'barclays' and the local dialling code.

I'll now try this on many more numbers which aren't with 0870. As the previous person wrote, it's so simple, why didn't I think of it earlier!!!!

Thanks. I use this one regularly, but not all numbers are there, obviously, so it's good to have another plan of attack.

Well barclays have actually again improved the service they give to customers. All customers now have the option to contact their local branch. There is one number to call and it will get you through to anybarclays branch. Unfortunately I am not sure wot the number is. It is an 0845 number but at least u get through to branch direct.

maybe fi there are any branch staff on they can give you the number!
