Looking for a cheap internet-enabled phone + tarriff deal

I'd love to have a phone that lets me browse the web, and I don't want to have to pay every time I do this. I need the phone to be included/"free". I'm not interested in minutes/texts, I just want Wikipedia in my pocket!

The best package I've found so far is £35 a month with O2, which includes unlimited internet and a nice, shiny phone. Can anyone tell me if I can do better? Because that's really more than I can afford right now.

Thanks for the suggestions - I hadn't checked Three, but that's kind of their speciality, isn't it? Their 'unlimited' web package is pretty generous - 1GB limit, which is double others I've seen.

I've been doing lots of research since posting on here and I'd really like a Viewty, so I'll see if Three do them. If I can't get one on their site, do you know what my options are? I can't afford to pay up front for an unlocked one and then sign up with them independently..
