I've just checked my Valued Opinions page - I have £47.95 there. In Ciao I have £24, about £12 in YouGov, which I do because I enjoy, I do a daily one where you get the results of the previous day, and that's quite interesting. I often don't complete the 50p one because it's boring. I have just started doing GfK Media TV and Radio Appreciation surveys because I enjoy being able to give my opinion on what I have watched and heard. I don't get paid but do get entered into competitions (I think the top prize is about £4000) and I have 'won' 2 £10 Amazon vouchers (one for each month I have been doing them). In the past I've done an online chat focus group for £30, and got £10 for a phone survey for telling some company I don't eat cereal bars.

So that's over £100 this year. I also have nearly 3000 ipoints and have just joined the OnePoll survey and got £2.50 for signing up. I have never found that the number of surveys has dropped off though I often don't qualify for them. I never do ones on alcohol, cars or financial services, though I think they are the most highly paid, as I don't drink, am not interested in cars and don't have any money!

I would be very interested in Pinecone if anyone would be kind enough to send me a link? I appreciate I'm last in a long line! :rotfl:

wow- how do all you people get all this money! seriously, I have been at it for years, I always select to have surveys sent to me daily and do everything that comes my way. I dont always get through, but it makes little difference it seems as so many of them are for "entries into the sweepstakes" I HATE competitions now! I have never won a single competition in my entire life! I would rather have the cash, even if it is only 1p, I may actually end up with something then!

4.5 years... I am going to stick with it and keep hopeing but I am not really seeing much change. Will stop on many of the useless ones though, like ciao, spot survey ...etc as it just seems a waste of my time.

Thanks for the info everyone, I am now a member of pinecone though not actually done any surveys yet for them, when I do I will post a message and ask if anyone wants an entry, but at the moment cant do that.

Good luck with Pinecone, and hang in there, if you don't enter competitions you can't win any, so at least you're in with a chance! I'm sure you'll strike lucky some day.

I've been doing those for a few months and I've only had one £5 Amazon voucher so far, and that was for a separate extended study. They didn't send me the voucher for ages so I sent them a few emails complaining and they ended up sending me another voucher so in total £10. You must be rather lucky!

If anyone has an invite for Pinecone I would appreciate it (:

They sent me the vouchers in an email, I just have to put the code in when I order from Amazon. I haven't tried yet mind you, haven't decided what to buy!

Which reminds me, not a survey but a freebie of sorts - if you approach Amazon from the Nectar e-stores site you will get Nectar points for your purchase - and loads of other stores than Amazon of course. Also PayPal have started a similar scheme if you buy fron the range of stores on its site, but it's cashback. 3-7% which is not to be sniffed at. The difficulty is remembering before you order!

    Hi there,
This is my first post on here though i've been reading just about everything on here for the last couple of months! I am quite keen on joining some of these survey sites, especially the pinecone and the ipsos ones. If anyone fells like sending an invite to these i would be most grateful.
I have been using the ipoints website since April time and have amassed 21,000 points which nearly gets me the psp the kids want. never had a problem getting points through or am i temting fate?

WOW- Now I know why I have never won anything- dspite doing that tv survey for 6 months in total- its because all you guys win!!

Ritch29- you dont need a link to join ipsos, just google it and follow a lonk, if they have changed things and you do need an ivnite, there are cashback sites also advertised by Matin himself under the "shopping spending" or "reclaim £1000s!" tab. Hope that helps! they will pay you money to their site in addition to any you will earn further by regestering your details with ipsos.

I have double posted so this is just edited to remove the repetition. Sorry folks, and good luck to everyone!

Haha, that is rather irritating. I haven't actually won anything yet from the main GFK survey (my vouchers were for opting to answer more detailed questions about media usage including Internet use), hoping it will prove to be more fruitful otherwise it will have been a bit of a waste of time. Instead of having the loyalty prize draw I think they should actually give people who have completed a certain number of surveys a voucher. I suppose the chance to win a large amount of money would entice people to do the survey though.
