I used to do loads for toluna, most of the time I'd get screened out, but then even when I did get enough points, I ordered an HMV e-voucher and it took 7 (yes seven) weeks for delivery and it was dated so that I only had one week to spend it!!

I redeemed my points back in March and still havent received my e voucher, Ive lost count how many times Ive emailed them about it. When I finally received a response I was told "you must understand we get thousands of emails a week"!!! So if and when I eventually get this elusive hmv e voucher Im goin to pack Tulona in!!!

Is it just me that can't get into Juicy Brains

Not working with AOl or IE.

    Edit: working fine now

Its not you, never been able to do a single survey for juicybrains, dont even think they have me on thier books still.

Toluna are gone ater tey replace my 35000points, I will spend them then kiss them goodbuy! I dont believe they told you "we get 1000s of emails a week!" thats not only a little too much nformation/unprofessional, it also show thier failure as a company- why are they even getting so man complaints?! why cant they just do things properly?! is it seriously that hard to set up a comouter programme to do the job properly as it actually sounds they are making the vouchers up from scratch rather then buying them from amazon!

Have been doing a few since July.

Pigsback... although not exactly a survey site is the only one Ive earnt a £10 boots voucher from and I quite enjoy doing the racecaller thing on there.

I do Pigsback too but all the clicks seem to have stopped. Is Racecaller the only way to get points now? Only got £7 something so will take me a while if that is the case lol

  • Is it just me or have Juicy Brains been rubbish at sending out surveys since the whole extra £40 fiasco?

I don't know about any issues regarding £40 with Juicybrains. I usually cash in for a £5 Amazon voucher. They arrive very quickly, take note Toluna! This is how electronic vouchers should be sent.

I don't receive many Juicybrains surveys. I did do a couple of their 'creative' ones for a fiver. I wish they would send more.

Yes i was thinking exactly the same. I wasnt involved with the fiasco/website revamp but ever since then, i have only had 1 survey invite whereas i used to get a survey every few weeks. Shame really

Since Juicy Brains revamp I have not had any surveys from them directly, but have had two via Toluna and Valued Opinions, which only paid 75p. So looks like they are farming them out to save money.
