I used to do loads for toluna, most of the time I'd get screened out, but then even when I did get enough points, I ordered an HMV e-voucher and it took 7 (yes seven) weeks for delivery and it was dated so that I only had one week to spend it!!

Having problems with Valued Opinions at the minute.

I signed up ages ago with an email address but then opened a dedicated surveys email account and asked for them to transfer my email address over, which they did.

However, they still occasionally send stray links to the old email address, and if I do the surveys, they don't credit my account, presumably because the address are different.

I emailed them about this and asked if there was a way to stop the invites going to my old address, and they said that I can't have 2 accounts (I don't have 2) and that they would delete the one with the least credits in.

I have gone to log on today and it won't let me, says my username doesn't exist or password is wrong, so I asked them to send me a password and apparently, none of my email addresses exist on their system so it looks like they have deleted my account..

Very very !!!!ed off as I had enough pending points to cash out once they were verified!
