    Well I sent this:
    Hi,
I would obviously like to help you correct your error, and I don't mean to be difficult, but surely your mistake shouldn't cost your members anything? I assume that the address provided is not freepost? And also as it is in Belgium (I am from the UK), it is more of an inconvenience.
Would it be at all possible for you to arrange it so that rather than sending the vouchers back to you, I am just not sent a reward for the next survey I complete?

    ...and got back this:

    Dear Panellist,

Thank you for the reply to the email regarding double payment. There is nothing further you need to do. Thank you for your patience.

    Regards,

    Karen Scott

not entirely sure what it means though!?

It gets more and more confusing! What are you supposed to glean from that  I wonder if they are using some weird translation tool and that the true meaning of what they are saying is for want of a better term 'lost in translation' :rotfl:

Ahh. That's how it's done. I thought I was going mad looking for a sign up link on their website. I'd also appreciate an invite if anybody can help.

Lightspeed- you earn points and can redeem them for as little as £1= 115 points
    Pureprofile- min £25 cash
    Yougov- £50 cash, takes forever!
Valued Opinions- £10 voucher to use in different stores, no cash option.
  • like others that have posted on here I too received e-mail saying they had paid me twice by mistake and that they wanted their payment back. I only go to post office once a week and thought I would see how others got on first as I wasn't making a special trip to post them back. Although I was of the opinion to send them back as I didnt think it would be worth not to be included in any upcoming surveys.
Anyway I received a survey from them today which I completed so maybe I wont receive payment for this one which makes everything even again.
  • my partner and i have earnt well over £2k in 3 years since doing these paid surveys and signing up to cashback sites

    best ones are

    mysurvey
    ipoints
    pinecone
    valued opinions

we also do a lot of the tns panels which you have to be invited to by tns

ones i would not recommend are ciao, home of research, mutual points
