I totally agree with you, I sent them an email saying I would not be sendng the vouchers back firstly because it is not ree for me to do so- I dont have any free stamps and to Belgium?! you have got to be joking! and secondly because I have spent them- they arrived ages ago, why would I have kept them? !

Well i think i will email them back saying i will not send back unless to a free post address. I have been with pinecone for years and i only get maybe 2-3 surveys a year so far this year i have only had this 1. I am not wasting a £1 to send back i may not even get another survey from them this year. Pinecone has never been one of my strongest payers.

I'm in the same boat. Received the same email tonight but have spent the majority of the vouchers earlier today! Not sure whether I should send an email to Pinecone telling them that I can't send them back. Don't want to be blacklisted by them and not get any more surveys from them.

I've also had the email and didn't notice they had sent 2 as I've done about 5 surveys in the last month (must be lucky) lol
I'm reluctant to send them back and think surely they can just use them for payment on the next survey.
Will be interesting to see the email response from them.

Have emailed with the suggestion of not paying me for the next survey (I still think it's their fault though so why should we suffer at all ) but will let you know if I hear anything back.
I think the whole thing was kinda strange though

I'm not sending mine back. It's their mistake and I'm not going to be made out of pocket for it. If they want it they can send me a prepaid envelope or they can take it off from my next survey.

I couldn't believe the cheek of it when I got the email, I thought it was a scam.

I must say that lightspeed are really on form lately. Wish they were all as frequent Cashed out £40 last week and already have enough for a £5 amazon voucher

Wish they were the same for me. Since I got my £10 Hmv voucher back in June, I've only had 2 surveys from Lightspeed since. They seem to have forgotten about me!
