May I ask what sort of things do you change on your profiles?

I have only managed to get enough (2000 points) to change into airmiles once. Not that many surveys and I quite oftern do not qualify. Still when they send one they are quick to do or find out you don't qualify so not doesn't take much of my time.0

To be fair the e-rewards, my complaint was acted on very quickly. I was asked for the number of the survey and i was credited with the points.
I'm impressed.Member #14 of SKI-ers club

Did a search & came up with website -www.product-testing.com - says they are located in Minnesota.
Looking at the faq they look quite good and appear to have been going some time.
As anyone can apply, I think I might give it a try and see what comes.

Light speed is starting to be a waste of time. A week or so ago was sent a 1000 point survey and was unable to do it. I emailed and they said there was a technical problem and would get it sorted for me. However the survey has now disappeared from the list of surveys for me
Was sent an email recently saying if i downloaded some software i would receive points and also points for every month I kept it installed. Had problems installing it and I emailed but received no reply
Also just before that was sent a can of juice to drink and was told i would get a 590 point survey after the juice testing. I emailed and asked where the survey was but again no reply to that email neither0 -

If its any consolation, I remember others mentioning a survey with around 1000 points (or definetly a few hundred anyway) it was about 45 minutes long and no one seemed to qualify, maybe it was a rogue company trying to steal opinions?
Lightspeed have gone downhill though, survey points used to be 110 per survey, now they tend to be 50 or 80. Its annoying and means rewards are at least/nearly 40% harder to earn. I know theres inflation and prices had to rise to combat the recession but it is quite a big hike and they seem to be much stricter about who can qualify and who gets sent surveys to do.
GTM is also another I'm feeling disappointed with, I seem to keep getting sent to the same "sweepstakes" survey which has all my details already filled in (presumably its a confirmation survey). Does anyone ever actually win the sweepstakes? are there any laws on it? eg do they actually have to have a sweepstakes or can they just make it up? know the survey police exists to report bad sites to but I just wonder if anyone does actually regulate them? I just hope GTM doesn't become the next Opinion World :undecided0 -

Ligh tspeed was always a favourite of mines but with having this 3 problems, it really is changing my opinion of them. Especially when the 3 things i was sent were for a lot of points. The other things that bugs me is that you get 50 point surveys and they aint even worth 50p cos u need 115 just for £1.0 -
Have to say, I'm impressed with the service from ipoints!
I just completed a 20 min survey for 250 points only to be told on the very last page that the survey was full...... grrrrr
So I emailed them straight away and within 20 minutes the points had been credited to my account under 'survey goodwill'
I have just claimed £25 in Amazon from Lightspeed and £10 from Ipsos and £10 bonus bonds from reward tvProud to be dealing with our debts!:jDMP Mutual Support member 269LBM Jan 2009DMP with CCCS 1st May 2009DFD - who knows, but one day! :beer:0 -
I have been using them for about 2 years with AirFrance frequence plus miles.. they are ok.0
