Buying an Apple Mac

I'm pretty sure your son would get a bigger discount going through the Apple Store for further education (which he can only access from his university) than he would getting it from the normal education store.
if you can't go through the Uni access then you can call and tell them.. .might have to fax the letter or give info on the uni but you can still get the full discount for further education.
(so I've heard from a few other sites)
calling them will at least give you the info on how much you can save anyway so worth doing.Light bulb moment April 07: [strike]£3,655 [/strike] Oct 07: [strike]£2,220[/strike] now 0 - 3 years of Uni debt to be added at a later datenow at Uni as a Mature student -update: now has a First Class BA!0 -
Um well if he knows the university poxy he can use that to order from home to get to the durther education site, but im guessing he doesnt. You could give the university a ring and ask if they have an apple rep on site you can order with.0

If I behave myself and not spend too much in the next month or so I'm hoping to get the 24" 3.06GHz!
need to get software too (educational) and hopefully a new wacom.
Just hope the student offers come out soon before I pop in excitement... really want a nice new shiny IMac!Light bulb moment April 07: [strike]£3,655 [/strike] Oct 07: [strike]£2,220[/strike] now 0 - 3 years of Uni debt to be added at a later datenow at Uni as a Mature student -update: now has a First Class BA!0 -

I guess it depends on where you're living. By the time I was in my final year at Leeds, Endsleigh's premiums were so high (and their policy excess so ridiculous) that I didn't bother getting insurance.0
