Have had all the problems posted, been told the same things by AOL, done all they told me to do but still can't access nw even in IE7. I assumed migration was done by AOL, have had no CD or instructions/update to do otherwise.
What is CPW and how do I migrate to it.
Maybe I should migrate from AOL.

If you have not migrated from the old AOL Inc. network to the new CPW network, you need to call AOL for assistance.0 -
I've spoken to AOL twice for god knows how long and followed all their instructions, to no avail.
Tiscali keeps getting good comments from friends.
Any endorsements0 -

No problems with joining Tiscali. The problems come if you ever want to leave. It took me months to get away from them and that was only after Ofcom was involved. Avoid like the plague.0 -
I got my CD today and installed it and Nationwide.co.uk now works.
I had the 'pop up' for about two weeks before I acted on it and ordered it -It was a bit confusing - I'm on dial up and the pop up seemed to suggest the upgrade was for broadband users only -so I ignored it - but it's for dial up users too so don't be put off upgrading if you're on dial up.
Can't understand why other people aren't getting these pop ups? I was getting them at every sign on and switch of screen name - quite hard to miss! Call AOL and order the CD if you've missed the pop up.

Thanks-more info from you than AOL.
Just rang AOL re cd- am now told my update should have been automatic as others have been. AOL can't tell which members are updated so sending cd to all- should be on my 'doorstep' within 48 hrs and be 'patient'.
How do you have a good row with someone over the telephone and 1000's of miles away?0 -

In connection with the NW access problem I have a long list of fixes emailed to me by Tech Support that will take hours to get through, most I suspect are irrelevant. With the email the rep. said 'if this doesn't work contact me', I have five times and still no reply.Named after my cat, picture coming shortly0
