wot no xbox
40 days ago i took out a new contract at the carphonewarehouse for a nokia 6300, the contract included the supply of an xbo 360, to be delivered within 28 days.
40 days later and still no xbox.
i have phoned CPWH several times but get no satisfactory answer or resolution
has any one ese had a problem with xbox non- delivery.

What was their unsatisfactory answer then?
You could always write a stern letter advising them to send it within 'x' amount of days or you will take further action (am I right in thinking this could be claimed through small claims court? i.e. the cost of the Xbox.Wondering how to have a life & not rack up more debts...0
